Sébastien is a creative entrepreneur and a business lawyer on a mission to develop business ecosystems and their governance.

Sébastien is CEO & Founder of CopperMane Advisory Services (Consulting Boutique based in Montreal, Canada, specialized in advisory services to C-Suite & Entrepreneurs around business growth), Founding Partner & Executive Director at CopperMane Holdings LLC, an investment firm located in Abu Dhabi, UAE, developing ecosystems and investing in the fields food security, sports & entertainment and trading and he is Of-Counsel and Strategic Advisor at David Sauvé LLP (real-estate litigation boutique).

For more than 25 years, Sébastien has traveled the world to meet entrepreneurs, academics and investors. He is fascinated by the process of developing impactful value creation, and throughout the years, Sebastien jumped into a voyage of discovery, into the entrepreneurship and investment world. The knowledge acquired and proprietary networks developed are particularly relevant in this era where we witness the emergence of artificial intelligence, data science and a geopolitical repositioning of certain economies.

More specifically, over the years, Sebastien gained practical expertise on the Middle-East business environment, in food security ecosystems (production, transformation, distribution and water security), in sports and entertainement technoologies and with business process outsourcing for financial institutions and insurance companies. In addition, he developed an interest in branding and marketing as growth engines.

Previously, Sébastien developed a company specializing in business process outsourcing for consumer and commercial lenders (fintech and legal tech). Over 13 years, the company became a national leader in its field, with offices in 9 Canadian provinces, servicing a clientele composed mainly of lenders and financial institutions.

Due to his long-standing commitment to improving women in leadership roles, Sebastien was named a partner in the Denim Club, a He for She peer group supporting G100, Mission Million (Group of 100 Women Leaders), for the cluster Agtech (www.g100.in).

He is an alumni of the Entrepreneur Organization. He supports entrepreneurship and the arts through his personal commitment and donations.

He sits on the Board of Directors for Ensemble Contemporain de Montréal (ECM+), Danse Danse and Le Cube Montréal.
